Dr. Ericka and her team offer chiropractic care for the whole family, along with specialized perinatal and newborn chiropractic care. Dr. Paris offers occupational therapy, including dry needling and cupping, and specializes in pelvic floor therapy. The Empowered Life Collective also brings you care from our trusted partners we use for our own families. From massage therapy, mental health counseling, maternity/newborn photography, speech therapy, lactation services, and midwifery services, we work together as your holistic wellness team.

We are a family-friendly practice dedicated to natural healing. Our drug-free treatments have been proven to reduce pain, reduce the impact of certain diseases, and improve overall quality of life.

Meet Dr. Ericka Lupardus, DC

The Summer before Sophomore year in high school, my family was in a car accident that left me with rib pain, low back pain and severe migraines.

I was only 15 years old and all the medical system had to offer me for my DAILY migraines was high-dose pain killers. As a result, after three months of suffering, our family practitioner (doctor of osteopathy) referred us to a chiropractor!

This is where my life changed forever! My migraines had me bedridden, nauseated, and closed off to the world. After just ONE adjustment, my migraines went from daily to every other day, and soon were almost non-existent!

Dr. Paris Anton, OT

Dr. Paris Anton completed undergraduate studies at Texas Woman’s University with a bachelor of science in health studies. During this time she married and moved to Florida where she worked as a personal trainer at a prestigious gym, Gainesville Health and Fitness. Additionally, Dr. Paris held an internship in a program called Fit for All as a fitness instructor for adults with disabilities.

Dr. Paris then moved to Indiana and completed her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy with honors. She moved back to Texas to complete fieldwork in pediatric home health and acute care. Dr. Paris is now a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association and has received specialized training in pelvic floor therapy and pediatric development. Her goal is to be able to provide extraordinary care while advocating for and empowering women in all stages of life.
